The crepe dough is much better than the ones in US - lighter, softer, and tastier. I had egg/ham/cheese and my friend had just egg/ham. I personally like the egg/ham better. FYI, they used Swiss cheese which is not my favorite cheese. Also they were super generous with the cheese so I was a bit cheesed-out after I finished mine.
Net net, I will be dreaming about this crepe after I return to US. -

My first street crepe in Paris and it was amazing! Exactly what I expected. I got Nutella and Chantilly, such a rich indulgent cream, really heavy and yummy.

As far as portable street side crepes go Henri is the best! Despite being filled with ingredients like nutella and banana, the crispy folded crepe holds up very well. It's surprisingly easy and delicious to eat while walking the streets of Paris. Highly recommended.
